本是一名十六岁的德国少年，他的父亲是一位非常成功的话剧导演。在本很小的时候，父亲就和他的母亲离婚了，离婚后，父亲独自一人搬到了马拉喀什生活，并且在这里组建了新的家庭。 这一次，本趁着暑假的档口也来到了这座魂牵梦绕的城市，对于儿子的到来，父亲显得非常的高兴，他希望能够借此机会来修复自己和儿子之间濒临碎裂的关系。然而，现实哪有想象中的这么简单，本和父亲之间爆发了剧烈的争吵，之后，本离家出走。在夜店里，本邂逅了卡利玛，卡利玛替本打开了新世界的大门。。平成元年生まれのみずほ（石橋菜津美）は生きる目標もなく、ただ何となく日々を過ごすアラサー女子。地元の同級生・柚木（土村芳）と美佐江（瀧内公美）と一緒に一つ屋根の下で暮らしている。いつもの朝のいつもの朝食、テレビでは近所の山中の施設が炎上したというニュースが流れるが、たわいのない会話に夢中の３人。その頃、町ではゾンビのようなものが発生し、住人を襲い始めていた。 壊れていく日常、その異変に気づかないみずほは、別居中の夫・小池（大東駿介）と離婚の話し合いをするためファミレスへ向かうが、途中で買い物に寄ったコンビニでゾンビに襲撃されてしまう。 やがてみずほたちの町は、外部から封鎖され無政府状態となる。人々は食料物資のあるコンビニを目指し集まってくる。美佐江と小池が一緒にコンビニへ逃げ込んで来て、みずほは夫の不倫相手が美佐江だったと気づく。 混乱の時間が続く中...。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
