今作の舞台は、仙台のはずれにある小さな動物園“うぇいくあっぷがーるＺＯＯ！”。在亡の危機に瀕した園長の丹下は、飼育員松田に、新しい動物ユニットの発掘を命ずる。集められた７匹の猛獣たちの活躍によって動物園を復活させることはできるのか!?。Although they are only janitors at a detective agency, the boys pass themselves off as sleuths and are engaged to guard an inventor delivering a new bomb. They outwit enemy agents after the bomb and wind up sinking a Japanese submarine.。
