林凯因调任来到江城市与王小树、程楠搭档进行缉毒工作，一批毒品原料意外泄露，林凯等人层层深入调查制毒工厂，于此同时，毒枭大先生一路帮助警方获取线索，想要利用警方消灭竞争对手泰哥。本以为这场计中计天衣无缝，却依旧被林凯等人看出破绽，待一举抓获泰哥团伙过后，大先生也很快落网。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation.
