When his ex-wife volunteers to go to east Africa to help the victims of a natural disaster, weekend-dad Jimmy agrees to take care of their two teenage kids full time in an attempt to win her back!。愿望规划师杨重、情境设计师小白、梦境重建师小璐与心灵麻醉师马青四人组成的公司“私人订制”，以“替他人圆梦”为自身业务，专门为不同客户量身订制“圆梦方案”，无论客户的白日梦多奇葩、要求多严格，“圆梦四人组”统统来者不拒，甘愿满足客户的任何需求，正如同“私人订制”公司的口号——“成全别人，恶心自己”。。皮耶，一个年过半百却遭逢写作瓶颈的作家，也是一位“前”男、一位长期的爱感染者；他无力应付庞大的孤独，选择把自己锁在家中，等待灵感的到来。疾病、恐惧、衰老、死亡……这些在他人生最后阶段无可逃避的习题，他拿起电话叫来一名年轻的“同业”，与他一齐分享……。
