影片讲述的是1993年2月真实发生在英国利物浦的一起儿童凶杀案。当时两岁的詹姆斯·布尔格 （James Bulger） 意外死亡，他在被发现时尸体因被火车碾压残缺不全，而且身体多处受伤。被定罪的凶手是两名十一岁的男孩罗伯特·汤姆森（Robert Thompson）和乔恩·维纳布尔斯，他们被认为对贝尔格进行了绑架、折磨和杀害。他们也是现代英国历史上年纪最小的、被定罪的凶手。。Norman, a retired police officer, works as a night security guard in a building. One evening, he surprised Nathalie and Guylain committing a robbery and, after a chase in the building, they manage to escape. Curiously, Nathalie returns to visit Normand a few weeks later asking him for refuge. A special relationship between the two develops and changes the course of their lives....。
