本片讲述一只狗被移植了电脑芯片后有了异能，它和一个男孩开始了对话和历险的故事 。他们和一个警官交了朋友。他们和朋友们一起阻止邪恶的科学家想把所有的男孩都变成没有脑的机器人的诡计。。Young, naive Luisa Ginglebusher, who loves fairy tales, leaves the Budapest orphanage to become a movie usherette. Soon she befriends paternal waiter Detlaff and not so paternal Konrad, a meat-packing millionaire. Uninterested in Konrad's rich gifts, Luisa schemes to be a "good fairy" and divert some of this wealth to poor stranger Dr. Sporum. But it's not that simple...。
