Lera has been living in Berlin for almost a year since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. One day she decides to go back to Kyiv. On her way, she finds out that her family is not in Kyiv and will arrive only the next day. She meets her friend Kyrylo, with whom she spends the day.。依靠倒卖为生的吉井在工作即将步入正轨的时候，周围却发生了很多可疑的事情，这些事情将他至今为止的日常都破坏了...。改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。
