Hugo's life is not easy, he is a very lonely boy and his mother is forced to move away from him, but he has the support and protection of a respected old man: Arnau Estanyol.。ムラタコウジの同名コミックをもとにした本作は、2021年4月クールに放送されたドラマ「高嶺のハナさん」の続編。前作では、バリキャリOLだが恋愛レベルは小学生並みの“ハナ”こと高嶺華が､歳下のダメ社員・弱木強に恋するさまが描かれた。「高嶺のハナさん2」ではハナと弱木が超ピュアな付き合いを始めるところから展開していく。。
