1949年11月，白崇禧率国民党军残部逃至广西柳州，为了掩护他逃向台湾的阴谋，他佯装驻扎柳州与解放军对峙，柳州地下党为了保卫柳州，与白崇禧的部队进行了艰苦的斗争，终于保住了柳州市的安全，并迫使敌人放弃了破坏的阴谋，最终，白崇禧在人民解放军的大举进攻下不得不逃至台湾。。两个四年级学生乔治(凯文·哈特配音)和哈罗德(托马斯·米德蒂奇配音)，通过催眠术将霸道校长(艾迪·赫尔姆斯配音)变成了内裤队长。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
